Client Services Manager (4+Years of Experience)

Roar Media has an exciting career position for an experienced, digital and creative savvy project manager and advertising executive. The ideal candidate will have 4+ plus years’ experience managing creative and digital advertising programs, preferably with travel, real estate, CPG and professional services experience. He or she will be able to “hit the ground running” and quickly perform bring value to the agency’s clients and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide meaningful client services focused on working with clients to capture and define campaign parameters and creative specs, planning and forecasting, presenting creative solutions and campaign results
  • Conceptualize and provide strategic recommendations to improve the quality and impact of client advertising campaigns and creative executions
  • Collaborate with the creative and digital team by functioning as an agency lead to provide them with client insight and feedback, campaign concepts, specifications and specs
  • Manage and traffic agency workflow and campaign development including capturing creative briefs, scheduling projects and deliverables and ensuring that the deliverables meet the defined schedules and client expectations via an online collaboration system
  • Facilitate cross-divisional communication between all departments
  • Identify and propose new and better easy to manage client campaigns and agency processes
  • Interface and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that their work product meets client needs and expectations
  • Monitor, interpret and factor performance assessments into current and future marketing efforts
  • Stay abreast of developments occurring in the internet marketing, social media and advertising campaigns and processes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in advertising, marketing or digital-communications preferred (will also consider candidates with previous related work experience)
  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in advertising, digital marketing or agency operations

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Travel, real estate, CPG, professional services advertising experience preferred
  • Strong digital advertising and social marketing knowhow and acumen
  • High attention to detail required
  • Must enjoy and effectively build relationships with internal & external contacts. Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as independently
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to prioritize work under tight time restrictions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to think strategically and act tactically. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done
  • Be a problem-solver, not a problem alerter
  • Passion for advertising and digital communications
