Roar Media has an exciting career position for a creative, organized, experienced and passionate Sr. Traffic Manager. 

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years’ experience of managing the workflow in the creative process to execute collateral efficiently while maintaining content accuracy, quality control and creative integrity. Where they will be planning and overseeing design projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Plan and follow project resources, prepare budgets, take instruction, monitor progress and provide project updates and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. 

They must have a passion for the web and digital technologies with a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Account Director to manage the production phase of projects
  • Support the account team and closely collaborate with its team members 
  • Lead and coordinate campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
  • Create project briefs based on the client priorities that will help create an effective outcome for the client’s end-goal based on your understanding of the product 
  • Oversee project resources by working with the team to manage daily priorities alongside all schedules 
  • Analyze campaign data to understand creative performance and identify areas of growth/opportunity 
  • Review the work created by the design team and implemented by the digital marketing team and ensure both are meeting all criterias set-forth
  • Build effective relationships with key departments and clients
  • Attend regular production meetings and status updates
  • Provide timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
  • Update key stakeholders on projects including progress, problems, requirements, and supply


  • Advanced understand of Google Drive / Sheet / Docs
  • Degree in advertising, marketing or digital-communications preferred (will also consider candidates with previous related work experience)
  • 3-6 years of experience in a project management / traffic manager roll 
  • 3+ year of experience in managing design for advertising channels 
  • Experience with Project Management tools
  • Strong English language skills
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Cruising / Travel experience is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is a plus

Success in this position requires:

  • Understand project deliverables to determine overlap, find efficiencies, and prioritize across work businesses and projects
  • Read requests, pull clear action-items and determine what additional items are missing in-order to complete the request plus request these from key stakeholders 
  • Understand and have a passion for design across a variety of digital channels (e.g. Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display) and traditional channels (e.g. TV Spots, Newspaper Ads, Magazine Ads)  
  • Understand and have a passion of advertising across a variety of digital channels (i.e. Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display)
  • Be detail-oriented and organized
  • Think strategically and act tactically
  • Prioritize work under tight time restrictions 
  • Roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done
  • Follow, update and create standard operating procedures/processes
  • Learn about about our agency/account process 
  • Learn the client’s business, vertical, products and their comp set 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest creative and digital advertising best-practices 
  • Enjoy and effectively build relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Work in a team, as well as independently
  • Have a positive attitude

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Argentine team work hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday 0 to 18.30 hs (Buenos Aires time)
  • Friday 9 to 16.00 hs (Buenos Aires time)
  • 1 hour lunch included in above hours


  • 10 PTO Days – Paid Time Off (Hours cover everything from planned vacations to sick days)
  • 17 Non-Working Days (Conformed by 13 Holidays (Feriados) and the days between Christmas and New Year when the office is closed)
