Client referral fees and incentives

Any new client engagement secured as a result of an employee introduction will result in referral income per the following schedule:

Year 1: 10% of total NET monthly dues from that client
Year 2: 5% of total NET monthly dues
Year 3: 2.5% of total NET monthly dues
Year 4: 0% of total NET monthly dues

Annual Bonuses and Lion of the Quarter

Employees receive annual bonuses as a percent of their annual salary
The “Lion of the YEAR” receives a plaque and bonus
