Roar Media has an exciting career position for a creative, experienced and passionate digital advertising strategist / specialist. The ideal candidate will have 4+ plus years’ for Strategist and 2+ plus years’ for Specialist position and  experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Paid Search, Display, and Paid Social channels, preferably within the travel, real estate and/or consumer packaged goods sectors. He or she will be able to “hit the ground running” to manage large scale, multifaceted digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Plan, implement, and manage client’s paid digital advertising programs including ecommerce, search engine marketing, programmatic display, retargeting and paid social media programs
  • Provide meaningful client services and managing designated digital accounts focused on working with clients to capture and define advertising campaign parameters and creative specs, planning and forecasting, presenting creative solutions and campaign results
  • Conceptualize and provide strategic and tactical recommendations for campaign channels, messaging, targeting, budget allocation, consumer journey mapping and user experiences
  • Implement and direct Internet marketing campaigns by gaining system access, configuring accounts, establishing tracking, defining ad groups and audience profiles, optimizing accounts and using various tools and services to drive campaign performance and efficiency
  • Establish meaningful metrics for paid advertising and social media campaigns to effectively measure program output and impact
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, paid social marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid social marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver internet marketing reports and benchmark audits for clients
  • Leverage data and campaign analytics, conversion and other metrics from reporting platforms to provide key recommendations and guide effective decision-making
  • Maintain vendor relationships and supervise the work product of paid media platforms, ensuring that client’s KPI’s are achieved
  • Maintain clear and consistent communications between agency, client and vendor account teams
  • Oversee account administration duties, such as contributing to and managing activity reports and other campaign reports when needed
  • Assist in new business-development, including but not limited to recommending specific internet advertising strategies and tactics for new clients, as well as attending and presenting at new business pitches. In addition, conduct public speaking and attending networking events on behalf of the agency as seen fit 
  • Collaborate with and facilitate cross-divisional communication between the digital and creative teams by providing them with client insight and feedback, campaign concepts, specifications and specs
  • Manage and traffic agency workflow and campaign development including capturing campaign briefs, scheduling projects and deliverables and ensuring that the deliverables meet the defined schedules and client expectations via an online collaboration system
  • Stay abreast of developments occurring in the internet advertising, SEM, ecommerce and social media spaces

Success in this position will require:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Passion for delivering effective and innovative advertising campaigns
  • Leadership and team-building skills preferred


  • Advanced in Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, etc)
  • Degree in advertising, marketing or digital-communications preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in advertising, digital marketing
  • Paid Search & Social in-platform experience is required
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Certified in Google Ads & Google Analytics a plus

Argentine team work hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday 0 to 18.30 hs (Buenos Aires time)
  • Friday 9 to 16.00 hs (Buenos Aires time)
  • 1 hour lunch included in above hours
